We are looking for a talented content marketing manager to write and produce various types of downloadable content to expand FileMaker’s digital footprint, awareness, subscribers, and leads. This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills. This role is critical for our marketing team— the content marketing manager will have the opportunity to define and shape the content marketing strategy for our business unit.
5+ years of experience in content marketing preferred
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Amazing research, analytical, and decision-making skills
Experience with CMS concepts and processes
Ability to clearly express technical and complex ideas
Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple tasks for several projects at the same time, often on short timelines
Build and manage a rich content calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our owned properties (including blog posts, whitepapers, ebooks, reports, webinars, videos, and infographics) Roll-up your sleeves and create content, working with agency personnel when needed Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by attracting and converting traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, lead generation content (including offers), and advertisements Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our content marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers
